There are two reasons that could prevent your subscription order from processing::
1) We are out of stock of one or more items in your subscription order. In this case, your subscription order will process once we are back in stock.
2) Your credit card was declined and the transaction failed.
- Log in to your account at essioshower.com.
- Go into 'My Recurring Refills' on the left hand side of the page.
- Select Billing Information
- Select 'Update Card' to update the credit card information. Update and save your new card information so that we can process your orders accordingly.
