The top three reasons we won't refund are:
- Pods have been used and are not defective
- You did not notify us within 7 days of delivery that you would like to return your products
- Return package not received - this is usually due to customers not getting a tracking number when they return their package.
Each customer is treated as an individual. No two cases are alike. Ultimately, these are examples of some returns. If you are unsure if you can get a refund it is always best to email us and ask. Due to Credit Card restrictions we are unable to process a refund on a charge that is more than 60 days old.
