When will you not refund?

The top three reasons we won't refund are:

  • Pods have been used and are not defective
  • You did not notify us within 7 days of delivery that you would like to return your products
  • Return package not received - this is usually due to customers not getting a tracking number when they return their package.

Please note:

Each customer is treated as an individual.  No two cases are alike.  Ultimately, these are examples of some returns.  If you are unsure if you can get a refund it is always best to email us and ask. Due to Credit Card restrictions we are unable to process a refund on a charge that is more than 60 days old.
