How do I return an item?

Please refer to our refund and return policy below.  If you still have questions or special cases, Ask A Question and we'll get it sorted for you. 


Merchandise is only eligible for return if the pods are unused in the shower. Returns are accepted if we are contacted within 7 days upon delivery of the merchandise. Shipping is not refunded. When returned, return tracking numbers for packages MUST be submitted through the Ask A Question button on our FAQ or via email. Please contact our customer support team if you have any questions!


If you would like to return any ESSIO product (at your cost), please follow these steps:

1. Contact Customer Support before sending your return package. They will provide you with a Return Label that you must attach to the package. Otherwise, you will be responsible for obtaining and paying for a shipping label for your return.

2. Mail your unused products to us at the following address:

3. When you mail your return, it is also imperative for you to to get a return tracking number, otherwise we have no way of knowing it was mailed or arrived at our warehouse.  Please share the tracking number with us via email or through the Ask A Question button on our FAQ. 

4. Once we see that the shipment is in transit, we will get a refund out to you for the price you paid for the products. Shipping costs are not refunded. Items returned beyond the 7 day return policy are ineligible for a refund and will only receive store credit for the purchase cost of the products, shipping is non-refundable. Please note: Once the refund is processed it may take between 5-7 days to reflect in your account.
