Refunds are offered on qualifying unused or defective ESSIO products. Once your pods have been used they are not eligible to be returned. You must notify within 7 days of the delivery to you if you would like to return.
- If your product is defective in some way, please submit a picture through our Ask A Question button on our FAQ.
- If a product is being returned, the customer is responsible for paying for return shipping.
- If you are returning your ESSIO products after they have been delivered please make sure you get a return tracking number. This is imperative. This allows us to track your return and make sure your package returns safely to our warehouse. For full instructions on how to return an item, please click here.
- If you have rejected a parcel, the tracking number it originally had will continue to be used. Once you see it has begun it's return course you should contact us and let us know it is in route. Refunds are on the price of the product, not shipping.
- Refunds will only be administered to UNUSED products (seeing if it fits your shower, is fine, BUT using it to see if it fits on your shower disqualifies you from a refund). Please keep the packaging as pretty as possible if you are returning it to us.
